When Do You Need a New Septic System?

Determining whether to install a new system or replace an existing one is a significant decision. Whether you are developing a new property or managing an older system, our team ensures your wastewater solution is reliable, efficient, and fully code-compliant.

New Home Construction

Essential for any property without access to municipal sewer services, ensuring a solid foundation for your new build.

System Failure or Age

Necessary when an existing system frequently backs up, requires constant repairs, or has reached the end of its lifespan.

Home Additions & Renovations

When expanding your home (such as adding bedrooms or bathrooms), the required work increases wastewater demand beyond your current system’s capacity.

Regulatory Requirements

Mandatory when selling a property or when local environmental and health codes are updated, requiring older systems to meet modern standards.

Vacant Land Development

We provide site assessments and soil analysis to design the perfect system for your specific lot layout and usage requirements.

Understanding the Cost of Septic Installation

Septic installation costs depend on several factors, including, but not limited to, the location, labor and materials, the type of system being installed, the tank(s) size and material, and the complexity of the installation. No two installations are the same.

While a new septic system is a significant investment, professional installation ensures long-term savings through durability, reliability, and regulatory compliance. We offer detailed estimates, transparent pricing, and expert guidance throughout the process.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Our septic pump tank high level started to alarm. Hemley's was quick to respond. I followed the work pretty closely which Al and his team did ... it was first rate ... knowledgeable, honest & expeditious. Turns out my 33 year old pump (pumping up 50 feet) was failing. Replaced the pump and all the other old components. While not cheap, it was necessary and leaves me with peace of mind.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Michel over at Hemley's is a trooper. We have a massive hill leading up to our septic tank and the poor guy had to walk up and down it several times. I did not hear him complain once, even though he had every right to. If you are in need of a pumping i definitely recommend Hemley's septic!!
